Our goal is to ensure you feel comfortable, informed, and confident in taking the next step.
What are the most common questions people ask you when they're considering life coaching?
What exactly is life coaching? People want to know how coaching differs from therapy or counseling and what kind of support they can expect.
How can you help me with my situation? Clients often wonder if coaching will address their specific struggles — like self-worth, trauma recovery, addiction, or life transitions.
What will a session look like? They want to know what to expect, how long sessions last, and whether they’ll get homework or actionable steps.
How long will I need coaching? People are curious about commitment — whether it’s a few sessions, ongoing support, or flexible depending on their goals.
How much does it cost? Budget and payment options are a common concern. See our pricing page for details.
Are your services judgment-free and safe for everyone? Clients, especially LGBTQ+ individuals or survivors of trauma, often ask if they’ll be accepted and supported without bias.
What kind of results can I expect? They want realistic outcomes — how coaching can help them feel more confident, grounded, or able to move forward.
How do I know if coaching is right for me? Many people are unsure if they’re “ready” or if their issues are appropriate for coaching versus therapy
What details about your coaching process (e.g., session length, format, what to expect) do people frequently ask about?
Session Length & Frequency: How long is a session? (Commonly 45–60 minutes). How often are sessions recommended? (Weekly, biweekly, or flexible)

What Happens in a Session: What will we talk about? Will there be homework, exercises, or goal-setting? How structured or flexible are the sessions?

Privacy and Safety: Is everything I share confidential? How is my information handled?
Expected Outcomes: What kind of progress or results can I expect? How will I know if coaching is helping me?
Cost & Payment: How much does a session cost? Are there package deals, sliding scales, or payment options? Visit our pricing page for more information.

What are the biggest hesitations or concerns people have before starting coaching with you?
Most people don’t hesitate because they don’t want help — they hesitate because they’re afraid of being misunderstood, judged, or disappointed again. The biggest concerns I hear usually fall into these areas:
“Will I be judged?” Many worry they’ll be labeled, blamed, or made to feel weak. This is especially common for people with trauma, addiction history, or identity-related concerns.
“Will this really help me?” Some have tried therapy, programs, or self-help before and are afraid of getting their hopes up only to feel stuck again.
“I don’t know how to open up.” Being vulnerable feels risky. People worry they won’t know what to say or that their story is “too much.”
“Is coaching right for my situation?” They’re unsure whether life coaching fits their needs or if they “should be doing something else.”
“What if I can’t afford it or commit long-term?” Cost and time are real concerns, especially for those already feeling overwhelmed.
“What if I fail or don’t follow through?” Some fear letting themselves down — or you — if change feels hard.
I remind clients that this is a judgment-free, pressure-free space. They set the pace — not me. Coaching is about progress, not perfection. You don’t have to be “ready” — just willing to start. At the heart of it, most people are really asking: “Is it safe to trust you with my story?” And my goal is to help them feel confident that the answer is yes.
What makes your coaching different, and what questions do people ask to understand that difference?
My coaching is a safe space for everyone, including LGBTQ+ individuals, youth, and survivors of trauma or addiction. People are never judged for their past, identity, or struggles.
I understand the impact of past experiences on self-worth, behavior, and life choices. My approach focuses on healing and growth, not just goal-setting.
Sessions are tailored to each individual. I don’t use a one-size-fits-all approach — I meet clients where they are and help them discover solutions that truly work for them.
Coaching isn’t just talking — it’s about creating real-world strategies, boundaries, and steps to move forward with confidence.
I balance support and accountability. Clients feel seen and understood, while also being encouraged to take meaningful action in their lives.
