Payment & cancellation policy

| Payment | Payment is required at the time of booking. Clients may choose between single-session payments or monthly recurring coaching packages (auto-billed). Recurring packages renew monthly unless canceled according to the policy below. Life coaching is not covered by insurance. If a client needs support that may be covered by insurance, referrals to licensed professionals can be provided. |
| Recurring Packages | Monthly packages include a set number of sessions per month. Sessions must be used within the billing cycle unless otherwise agreed. Packages may be canceled with 7 days’ notice before the next billing date. |
| Cancellation & No-Show Policy | A 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, will be charged the full session fee. Emergencies are handled with compassion and discretion on a case-by-case basis. This policy honors the time and space reserved specifically for each client. Life coaching is forward-focused and goal-oriented. It is not therapy and does not replace mental health treatment. If a client needs deeper or clinical support, appropriate referrals will be provided. |
